To me, conscious ascension is when we awaken to the fact that we are light beings experiencing life in physical form. No longer bound by the barriers placed upon us in the dense 3rd dimension of earth. As we continue to raise our vibrational frequencies to match those of higher dimensions, we ascend closer to becoming the whole light beings we are destined to be. One dimension at a time.
